It invites the submission of manuscripts that contribute to the improvement of quality of educational leadership, management, planning, and policies. All manuscripts related to theoretical and methodological approaches are welcome. The journal is interested in manuscripts that explore causal relationships of leadership, management, policies, and&nbsp;other&nbsp;outcome variables, or qualitative-contextual case studies pertaining to leadership practices, challenges, and educational transformations.
